Constant Contact announced its fourth class of startups for the small business innovation program on Thursday, naming five local startups that will take residence in the accelerator's 30,000-space-foot space at the company's Waltham headquarters from April 1 through July 1. During that time, the startups will get access to mentors, investors and marketing resources to build their products and services for small businesses and nonprofits.
